Denis is a specialist in using life coaching techniques to promote emotional well-being, his background in mental health allows for a deep insight into the workings of the human mind. Having struggled with PTSD and bipolar for almost 40 years, and enduring countless varieties of useless medication and therapy, Denis began a decade of research with the intention of curing himself, which he managed to do in 2013. His knowledge of the cognitive workings of the human mind has allowed him to pioneer life coaching techniques that can be used to successfully treat: personality disorders, attachment issues, trauma, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, people-pleasing behaviour, low self-esteem etc. Denis also works as a motivational coach, empowering people to: take control of their lives, overcome limiting beliefs, boost self-confidence, and convert fear into power.
